This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how the personal information (“Personal Information”) you may provide in the “FoodOnTruck” Application (“Web Application” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”) is collected, protected and used. By accessing and using the Application and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Automated Collection for FoodOnTruck

When you use the app, our servers automatically collect data from your device. This includes things like your Facebook ID, tokens, device IP address and location, device name and version, operating system type and version, what you search for in the app, and the times and dates you access it. We use this data only to identify potential abuse and to gather statistics about how the app is used. This information is not linked to any specific user.

Gathering of personal data

You can use the app and its services without sharing any personal information. However, to access certain features, you may need to provide some personal details (like your name and email address). We collect and store any information you provide when creating an account, making a purchase, or filling out forms in the app. This may include personal details (name, country), contact information (email, address), account details (username, user ID, password), payment information (credit card, bank details), geolocation data and any other materials you submit (articles, images, feedback).
