User Agreement

By accessing and using the FoodOnTruck application (“Web Application“), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms of Use“) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Application.

Use of Application

FoodOnTruck is a platform designed to connect food truck owners (“Owners“) with consumers (“Users“) in INDIA, allowing Users to discover, book, and avail themselves of food truck services. Users can browse listings, view menus and book services

Listing and Services

Owners are responsible for creating accurate and lawful listings for their trucks and services offered through the Application. This includes providing up-to-date information on menus, locations, pricing, and availability. FoodOnTruck does not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of the services provided by Owners.

User Conduct

Users agree to use the Application responsibly and lawfully. This includes refraining from activities such as:

  • - Violating any local, state, or central government laws or regulations.
  • - Providing false or misleading information.
  • - Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • - Harassing, threatening, or harming others.
  • - Interfering with the functionality, security, or integrity of the Application.

Payment and Fees

Users agree to pay the fees associated with services booked through the Application. FoodOnTruck may charge transaction fees or commissions for facilitating bookings. Payments are processed securely through the App's payment gateway. Users are responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by third-party payment processors.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on the App are owned by FoodOnTruck or its licensors. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without prior written permission from FoodOnTruck.

Privacy Policy

FoodOnTruck collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the App, Users consent to the collection, storage, and use of their information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FoodOnTruck provides the App on an “as is“ and “as available“ basis. While we strive to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the content and functionality of the App, we do not warrant or guarantee its suitability for any specific purpose or its uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FoodOnTruck be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the App. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if FoodOnTruck has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless FoodOnTruck, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to their use of the App, violation of these Terms of Use, or infringement of any rights of third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in INDIA.

Changes to Terms

FoodOnTruck reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

By using the FoodOnTruck application, Users and Owners acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
